The home has eight bedrooms and sleeps 27. It is built for large families and multi-family groups who want to stay together instead of splitting across separate rentals.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. This is a pet-friendly stay. The dog settles in on the back patio and joins the trip like everyone else. There is a $100 pet fee, a maximum of 2 pets, and we welcome dogs and cats only. Reach out through the form with details about your pets so we can plan for them.
Can I park an RV or boat on the property?
Yes. There is RV and boat parking right on the property, with hookups available. No storing your boat across town or driving out to launch it every morning.
Is the pool heated, and is there a hot tub?
The pool is private, and there is a hot tub as well. Pool heat is optional and costs $60 per night. It is paid before the trip and applied to the whole stay. The kids take the pool and the game room while the adults soak in the hot tub or gather at the outdoor kitchen.
What are the house rules?
No smoking. No events, parties, or large gatherings. Quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM so everyone gets their rest for the next day on the water.
